Returns & Refunds Policy
Custom and Personalized Items Because custom-engraved and personalized products are made specifically for you, all sales on these items are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was a material error on our part (e.g., we engraved the wrong design).
Proof Approval (For Custom Items) If you are provided with a digital proof of your custom design before engraving, it is your responsibility to verify all details, including spelling, placement, and character choices. Once a proof is approved, we cannot offer refunds for errors present in the approved design.
Premade and Non-Personalized Items For premade, ready-to-ship items that have not been personalized, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your premade item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return for a premade item, please contact us at aaron@guywithalaser.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If any item (custom or premade) is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at aaron@guywithalaser.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Refunds If a return or refund is approved, we will notify you and automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at aaron@guywithalaser.com.
