Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Premade Items: Orders for premade, ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within [1-3] business days.

  • Custom Engraved Items: Because these items are made-to-order specifically for you, please allow up to [3-7] business days for processing and production before your order ships. If your order requires design proof approval, production time begins after you have approved the final proof. Turnaround time can vary depending on design and availability.

If your order contains both premade and custom items, the entire order will ship together once the custom items are complete.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note: Selecting an expedited shipping method (like 2-Day Shipping) speeds up the transit time with the carrier, but does not bypass our standard production processing times.

 

International Shipping We currently only ship within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at aaron@guywithalaser.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the box it came in so we can make it right. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local carrier facility before reaching out.
